Goodbye 2012. I’m looking forward to 2013 and the most appropriate song that I can think of to blast tonight is… Florence + The Machine: Shake It Out
My latest YouTube obsession?
It’s The Most Popular Girls in School!
I know I “shouldn’t” love this, but I do.
I can’t stop watching the “Gangnam Style” team dance from last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars…
Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd wearing towels (well mostly Gilles), Kirstie Alley doing cartwheels with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Emmitt Smith’s face when he pops up between Cheryl Burke’s legs, a shirtless Val Chmerkovskiy whipping Kelly Monaco around. Come on people… you can’t make this stuff up!
Lana Del Rey’s “Ride” is on serious repeat this evening.
“The cruel words of one, are nothing compared to the shouts of many.” - Jennifer Livingston
Yeah. So if you follow me on Twitter (cough, seriously you should be following me on Twitter) you will already know that last night was, like, incredible.
Tones and I hit the Madonna concert at the Air Canada Centre and it was pretty epic. It was the 10th time that I’ve seen Madge in concert over the years (my 3rd time seeing her front row) and for me it will always remain one of her most memorable productions. Yes, she may have called me “cute” at the Re-Invention Tour in 2004, but last night… the true highlight was singing ‘Like A Prayer’ into HER mic!
Watch below… you can see me in all my manic glory (along with Tones) singing into her mic.
Expect non-stop talking about the front row experience to follow.
Madonna’s video for Turn Up The Radio was released this morning.
High-waisted leather Balmain shorts, boobs pushed up in a La Perla by Jean Paul Gaultier push-up bra, seriously towering Louboutin pumps, a pair of Tom Ford cat eye sunglasses and ‘ 60s-style hair anchored by a black headband. Love.
And now I present to you… the most amazing thing you will see on the internet today:
Golden Girls + Super Friends = Love.
“I am a choreographer… That’s what I do. You, are cheerleaders. Cheerleaders are dancers who’ve gone retarded.”
Probably one of the best scenes from a movie ever!
“It’s recently come to my attention, that I require ex-cer-ise”
I die, again.
